Three Phase to Single phase Online UPS with a capacity of 15KV

I want to build a three phase to single phase online UPS with a capacity of 15kv that can hold a backup for 15 minutes. Can anybody provide with specific circuit diagram, technical specification and stepwise instructions to do that? Thank you!

Not much info. What's the application? Three phase I assume? Why would you want to build one when they're available off-the-shelf?

Why build new when you can buy secondhand of EBay? If shipping with the batteries is too much, source the batteries locally.

In Bangladesh, if it is at all possible to make a DIY UPS system then they will try and make one. Costs is the number one factor, that will generally take precedence over all other aspects, including safety!!
