TLC Direct

Hi, does anyone know who TLC direct use as their main courier? I'm about to order a few bits from them for the first time, but a bit concerend if im not around when they deliver it incase i have to drive miles away to pick up my goods thanks.

I used them, parcelforce it was, they dropped the missed delivery at the local post office for collection.

Hi, I've only used TLC a couple of times, first time delivery arrived next day via Parcelforce, had a problem with a couple of lamps, emailed them and they sent replacement lamps next day FOC. Second time had a problem with 1 out of 8 shower lights, phoned the local branch on Saturday morning, received a call from them on Monday morning and a replacement was delivered that afternoon via their own van. So as far as I'm concerned good prices & very good customer service. I don't have any connections with TLC apart from being a happy customer. There will always be problems of some sort or other but it's how they are resolved that matters.
