Is this supply tncs?

Not too sure will need another look. I think it splits before going into cut out which is why I thought it might be tncs.

if its tncs it will go into cutout, if its tns it wont

sleeve and connect do not replace ,with the cable comming off the sleeve of the incomming supply i very much doubt its a tncs , as all they would do it put a link to neutral on the block on the side of the cutout or external eartyhing block , it doesnt look like it does that ,it may go behind the cut out cover ,but further investigation should confirm that

replace the crap terminal block with a met terminal, upgrade your side, sleeve there side and report to dno for replacement - its there earth not yours, let them do it.

ring dno and ask
take a ze
take pfc readings if pme then pefc and pscc should be about the same
