£££ to fit a chandelier

Just had someone on the phone asking how much would I charge to put up a chandelier.

I honestly have no clue, what would you guys generally charge for something like this?

If you ask the owner the right questions,
then you can only give them a ball park figure (aproximate).
If they want a firm figure, then you would have to go and see whats involved first.
