Well I though it was complete crap I went in quite confident come out deflated. I had a quick look through exam paper before starting and knew that it was going be hard from the first 5 minutes

Next exam dates:

22 July

12 August

You will not get the results by the 22nd July so the 12th August could be the resit date or you could have passed

It's not that hard

I am that confident that I have phoned college ask when you are able to resit December next exam.... Can you go any centre and take resit or am I going have to wait

think i will be resitting it, what does it roughly cost to resit. the way they word things is unreal i dont think its even english lol. I am hanging on to the hope that i have got enough answers right but not confident.
all my course work from college and all the sample papers majority didnt even come up. I know they change it everytime but i think they was having a laugh with that one.
well i have to get my head back together to do the practical on tuesday

so the volt drop question how should i have answered it as Sintra has said

the one on three special locations that have zones

I put locations containing bathsand showers
swimming pools
then struggled with the last couldnt think for the life of me not sure if i put rooms containing sauna heaters

did the diagram for a TN-C-S system
the explanation of continuity of bonding and the ring with calcs just hope i pick up enough from these and others that i think i may have write
majority of first twenty questions i did ok i feel apart from 1 or 2
the section b answers it was mainly the volt drop one that did me so hopefully ive picked up enough from everything else but not confident
what do you think of the overall way they word everything i think they taking the P???

quite a few of the questions threw me with how they were worded could bot understand what they were after. I explained the bonding one ok drew the earth fault loop path ok answered the ring final circuit but not sure if my calculations of expected reading were right though. answered all 20 questions but know I got quite a few wrong.

Looking at Bs7671 fountains come under swimming pools. Saunas is the answer just hope they accept just the word sauna and not the full rooms containing a sauna etc etc

But 1.87 was the resistance per metre and not the mV/A/M drop

But if you think about it that is exactly what resistance per metre is !


What do you get if you divide volts by amps ....

resistance in ohms.
