metrel again. just taken the mi3101 back for the firmware updating and they gave me a free euro link pro software update for free to the 17th. great set down there did whilst i waited and was even allowed in the calibration room 
nice to see what goes into having them calibrated. feel a bit more value for the money when it`s sent off now btw for anyone around yorkshire you can drop and pick the tester off for calibration and usually ready same if not the next day for collection. certainly beats my previous wholesalers 10 day turn around on the testers
