IMHO trade qualified are "reselling" the services of one of the actual training companies. There scheme packages up a series of qualifications.

can you please enlarge on the last post you left because i was going to sign up to TRADE QUALIFIED LTD as well !

you would be a real life saver if you could help with a bit of help/ knowledge as sorting an electricians training course is a minefield !!!
