Truss Joist

Any body worked with these? Havnt worked with them before. New Build with Truss joist, with steel/galve webing/support along its length. No drilling neccassary! Any tips with cable support and routing? Will need alot of cable ties i should imagine.

So you end up with cable sandwiched between insulation? Just asking, as not come across houses with these before.

yep thats common practice

wrap the whole house in insulation !!! everywhere !

there great joist save time drilling holes in them, and later on if they want extra sockets u do not need to take up loads of the floor

Which is handy because it'll be tongue and groove chip board sheets with partition walls built on it!.
