Tumble dryer problems advise

sounds like element breaking down when getting hot.IR test may help.

@ Vorti. i got a creda one from the council tip for £3 ( donation to the lads' tea fund). had it 9 years before retiring it to a tumble dryer nursing home (local scrapyard ).
 
You need to do an IR test on the heating element. But an IR tester is a specialist but if kit. A multimeter is not able to poke 1000volts DC into a component and test the results!

You need an appliance repair person.

Only time I have a problem with my drier is when it rains!!;)
