i agree with you about the intelligence of some indians, i have met a couple that were ferociously smart. but, as you say, india seems to be somewhat of a hotbed of duplicity when it comes to qualifications. i googled annamalai university when the lad first posted his c.v. on this site; it appears to be a fair old establishment, to be honest (unless the website's fake). but, based on his questions, it wasn't going to be long before we realised he was flannelling us.

Nothing against India's Universities, many are establishments of excellence. These are the type of institutions that tend to be used/favoured in India's extensive fake/hooky document market...
