So i just passed the 203 today with a Credit and ive got to say the exam was a lot easier than the 202 i hardly got any Formula questions. but the trick with this exam is the Wording of the Questions as thats what caught me out a couple of times.

So to anyone who,s about to take the 203 just beware thats its a fairly easy exam but just be aware of the way the questions are worded as they are designed to catch you out:)

For anyone interest i got 73.3% on H&S and 80% on the Science

Well done. They always try word them in a way that catches you out or throws you

yer there was this 1 question that ****ed me right off because i knew the answer but the answer i was looking for didnt come up

i.e P.F = True Power/Apparent power

but the correct answer it had on the exam was P.F = ratio of True to apparent (which i originally picked but i kept going back to it unsure) and ended up changing it to Apparent/True (which is obviously wrong grr)

well done mate got my 203 in june.would be gratefull if you could post any questions you can remember. thanks

arrgh sry mate i've forgotten them now apart from the question i posted earlier .

But a word of advice from me is to keep going back over your notes every day if you can .But do not worry about not being able to remember all of the 203 formulas just try to at least remember the Tansformer and Delta/Star formulas. as they were the only formula questions i got in the exam. also make a note of types of fuses and disconnection times.
