Unsafe Electrics Letter Example

Hi. Did some testing for a CCU change and socket readings off the scale! I might get the repair/rewire but then again I might not! So is there a 'standard' letter to issue/send client so I have covered myself? Anyone know of one or got one please? Thanks.

I thought there was a letter once thet ELECSA did that basically said something like. Did some testing, failed, you need to get it fixed as it's unsafe...

What were the readings for the circuit tested? Has the board been changed or where the tests taken prior to the board being changed?

I think he was meaning can you be more specific with "Off the scale" What do you mean? What test is off the scale ?

If its IR then its a great result!

Hi mate do you mean you continuity readings at either step 1 or step 2 or step 3 were of the scale you need to include more information so people will be able to advise

I think the letter you were stating to isnt a letter its a danger notification

Ring 1 - r1 8.07, rn 199, r2 no circuit/reading. Zs 1.50+
Ring 2 - R1+R2 90.7

Also when R1+R2 was done on ring 2, ring 1 showed a circuit on some sockets...
