Upgrading from 16th Edition

Hi guys.....I need some advice ....I'm a time served electrician qualified with C&G 236 pts 1 &2 (16th) edition......I was Sjib registered Approved electrician but have been working off shore for the last 20 odd years.....my question is this what is the easiest way to upgrade my 16th edition qualifications to 17th edition and is there any other qualifications that I need to get me back in the domestic/commercial onshore world. I'm in Scotland.

you need to do the 2382-15. ( 17th ed.) inc. amendment 3 (2015). it's about £250 at a local college.
