All of these concerns are engineered into the converter and power package installed by the manufacture.If your truck has a factory installed trailer plug then "ditto"at that end too. If you put in your own truck plug don't forget an Isolator and an In-line ,30 Amp,Fuse on that 10 Gauge supply wire.
