Not sure SRE what kind of client you have, but it does seem commercial/ industrial with that loading. So have you looked at power factor correction units?

Thanks, believe it or not it's a family of four - domestic consumption. I'm trying to find out what the main culprit is but added to this they've just bought an electric aaaaaagha :teeth_smile:

So that was not a lot of use ..................they don't have a green house producing exotic plants do they !!!!
