just wondering if anyone has fitted, used, come across etc... theese v phase units that apparently maintain household voltage to 220volts effectively saving households money off electric bills
 
Waste of money to my mind. If you want dimmer lights put a smaller lamp in. Heating takes less instantaneous current but longer to reach temperature. It still takes a bucket full of electrons to do a certain amount of work no matter how the tap is set.
