Looking good Steve-o, I like the little man, didn't realise you were an italian plumber ;-)
I like the back view with the large bolt down one door, for what it's worth. Whatever happened to that local area thing you were going to sign up to instead of TrustMark? Ever go ahead with it?

hi Will... yeah im going ahead with it but i was waiting till my cash flow was bit better.... been awaiting for few quid to get deposited and now 2/3 have so im sending the forms off next month.

dont you hate the citreon berlingo! a company i used to work for had them, and they were ****. really slow and no room for gear, only just enough for tools.
durham, how do you manage with anything other than domestic work, ie 3m lenghts of uni, tray, ladder ect?
i would get bigger van, but that is just my opinion, and i have'nt got to pay for it, and i would rather do anything other than domestic! :D

I personally think that u don't need a big van for commercial because they are normally large sites and you just get all the gear delivered, where as if you are jobbing around doing domestic you need plenty of stock so a large van is useful

eddie!!! were you been mucka! not seen ya name on posts in a while been busy??

my berlingo is still racked out as it was when last owner (plumber) had it so its OK at min but the shelving needs to be deeper and more usable!!! currently got a vast open space behind passenger seat that needs attention..!

mate mine has company name,
electrical contractors,
domestic and commercial installation and repair services
mob and land line
web site
NICEIC stickers

thats it

Finally decided to have mine signwritten 2 weeks ago so far only one call, and that was from an agency to see if i needed any labour!

I just have simple magnetics, about 4ftx2ft in size. They've been on 4 different vans now and are looking a little worn but TBH I dont think it's worth a fully signwritten van anymore as most new customers either get told about you or google for an electrician in their area. A strong website is better in this day and age I feel.

does a signwritten van look good in the pub?? dont want customers getting the wrong impression!! unless it's friday after work!!

nothing on mine for the following reasons:
1. change vans regularly and got sick of getting re done
2. often subcontract and lot of firms dont allow signwritten vans
3. dont like advertising to thiefs what may be in van

although am considering magnetic signs like lenny
