I was tempted by the tstak trolley as I bring most of my expensive tools in every night but having thought about it I don't think they are practical for domestics.
I used a sgs wheeled toolbox when I was doing industrial and it worked great. I have a tuffbuilt handbag now and that is really useful.

That was so dry it's taken me nearly 24 hours to understand - it only clicked when I drove past an Aldi an hour ago! Very good....!
As an avid fan of the 'middle of Lidl' I genuinely thought there was some crazy offer on....
 
Used to be a guy that went to some of the motorbike rallies with a bike trailer made of a supermarket trolley with an axle bolted underneath it. Could fit loads of camping gear in it. And beer. Obviously.

My late grandfather converted a wheelie bin into a mobility scooter trailer and used to roam around collecting broken mechanical objects to fix later.

If you didn't mind 4mph it would hold quite a lot of tools and is perfect for 1000mm drill bits.
But this is getting too far off topic and we need to get back to sensible cost-effective practical advice.
