I had this bought for me for Christmas. The description says its made by Metrel and is GS38 compliant. When I received it, it doesn't says Metrel anywhere on the product or the box. The probes have around 15mm exposed, when you unscrew the covers there is slightly less exposed, possible 10-12mm?!

Also according to the box it does a VAT self test, what is this?

Also they have spelt voltage wrong, thinking about it, spelling mistakes on safety equipment are unacceptable. If they got that wrong, what else is?

Test Meter - can you send me some too? Pretty please!! I've lost all four of my Metrel probe boots!!

If you do send me an anorak, it needs to have a pocket big enough for my notebook and all the timetables. Thanks.

LOL - I'm embarrassed to now take you up on the very generous offer from what started out as a bit of leg pulling!! But I do in all seriousness need some so I'll pm you anyway, but money will be changing hands.

Wot - you want the test leads with banana tips as well!!!

I got a pair of old boots I can let you have for a £5 - I will throw in the old socks as well!!

It was wet and mild today - innit!
