Just been looking at the VPhase web site again. Found a page showing the connections for a CU incorporating an input for a PV system. http://www.vphase.co.uk/how-it-works/solar-pv-and-vphase
I can just see the average householder trying to sort out what feeds what. I’ve seen less complicated industrial switchboards!

I'm glad this thread got bumped cause I'd like to know how the Voltis unit performed.

Who installs the units?

We offer a full turn key operation. The units are installed by our Qualified Electrical contractors who are members of the ECA Electrical Contractors Association, NICEIC and Construction Line registered and CHAS (Construction Health & Safety) approved. Method statements will be completed prior to the installation taking place.

They must be good if they are allowed to remove the main fuse to fit it!
