waiting on fits payments?

Did an Install in March 2011 and the client is still waiting on hearing from her supplier to recieve FITS payments or confirmation of forms recived ???? what can be done to kick the supplier in to touch ???

I have also had my personal Generation meter questioned by my supplier has its ''too high''
so I have to take a picture and send it them!!!!!

Eon and British gas seem to be fine. Had confimations back from both quite quickly. Dont think many of them realise that production has been very good over the last few months, Im averaging 17kW per day for the past 2 months.

NPower are dreadful. We had a client register in March too who is still waiting to hear back.

Eon are rubbish too - we have a client who has been waiting since March. They keep saying that they've sent the documents through but for some reason he doesn't receive them.

All suppliers are required to implement FiTs anti-fraud measures that means an initial query to the customer for any meter readings that fall out of bounds of the expected norm.

I've been asked why my wind turbine meter readings are so low. No xxxxing wind!

I would recommend sending the forms by recorded delivery.
Scottish Power claimed not to have received mine allegedly lost in post and had to resubmit.
I imagine they are probably underesourced to cope with the increased demand and the
longer they can delay things then the longer they dont have to pay.

Shame I couldnt do the same when I am asked to pay my leccy bill
