Can't see it has any thermostatic control built in? doesn't mention it in the link.
So maybe 80c is what it just reaches before the losses match the input.
You could use a thermostatic switch to control the feed to the heater but you'd need to make sure the thermocouple was suitable for the environment the heaters used in.
 
If it reaches 80C in half an hour then chances are it will boil if left for longer. As above you'll need to use an electronic temperature controller or thermostat. What exactly is the application?
