We need pictures

Guys this not a moan but a request when posting can the initiator supply a picture the reason I ask is that I am getting lost with regards to the ID or description of cut-outs also it is a great help plus we all have phones with a camera on it and if Joa public is reading this then get the digital camera out and give us some pics.

i can't attach pics. every time i try it asks me for the url???????? of the image. it's a blooming picture in my laptop and wouldn't know a url if it jumped up and bit it, come to think, nor do i

Just upload it to a hosting site first then paste in the url takes 1 minute tops

Hit the go advanced tab beside the post quick reply.
Then the attachment icon beside the smiley face.
Hit add files at top right.
Then select files in the box that pos up.
Choose what you whant to upload then select upload files.
The files that you have chosen can then be used as attachments by clicking the attachments icon again.

pardon my ignorance, but what is a hosting site. i just want to attach a pic downloaded from my camera to my laptop.

hi mate a hosting site would be say photo bucket where you upload your pictures too for people to view or say facebook if you had pics in there you could share the url (web page address) with others, if you have it on the pc just click the go advanced as sintra said

now i find when i click on " insert image" i get a pop up says Add image from computer or url. didn't get this before.just a different pop up asking for url of image. is it the site?

my phone has a camera but i never use it. its also got a typewriter for some unknown reason. tried it once and it typed a load of rubbish. 1st and last time i tried " texting"
