My missus turned to me earlier and said there has been a fire on Sea Rd... And I do quite a lot of work on that road. Where, who, when, etc I asked... Then she said the name of the tenant at the flat.... I changed the board there approx one year ago...... Oh %;&'!!!!
Googled it myself and I can't tell you how relieved I was to see the charring around the letter plate!! Feel bad for the lass but she is ok apparently. I fitted the smoke alarm also.

EDIT: of course I had very little concern my work was at fault....but you can stress sometimes!
