spicy tomato snaps would be at the top of my list IF walkers would put some blumming flavour on them. when i was a kid, half the packet had tomato dust smothered all over them. now, you're lucky if you get just one with any flavour on it.

I remember when snaps were 2 pence, that was a loooooong time ago, loved them though, very nice, like quavers but tomato flavoured.

I used to like the old salt 'n' shake but not seen em for years, not a choice of mine but does anyone remember the hedgehog flavour rampage?

[ElectriciansForums.net] what crisps are you into right now?

this was all over the news in the 80's. everyone believed (us kids, anyway) that they used real hedgehogs to make these. great advertising ploy. or was it? they didn't seem to be around very long.

i remember them at 8p. and in my classroom's cloakroom at middle school, i remember there was an old wardrobe with boxes of books on the top, and one of them was an old walkers snaps box with 5p printed on it. i can't remember 95% of my old classmate's names, but i remember that bl00dy box!

I used to like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Crisps. Now I like Cofresh Lemon and Chilli.

never heard of cofresh and don't remember the ninja turtle crisps - were they pizza flavoured?? speaking of pizza has just reminded me of a bag of crisps that i haven't seen for a long time - bitza pizza, another great snack that bit the dust.

I was going to say I'm into 6 packs of McCoy's at the moment because they're ÂŁ1 in Asda, but reading through the thread and at the risk of sounding like an old man I can't help thinking crisps are rubbish nowadays compared with what they were like in the 90s - I remember those Hedgehog crisps and I seem to remember they were quite tasty. Also Brannigans! Proper crisps with proper flavours.
My local sells packets of pickled onion flavour Space Raiders. I think they're 15p as well. 90s prices.

cheese n onion squares salt n vinegar squares Mini cheddars Scampi fries Frazzles Black pepper kettle chips supermarket Onion rings Bouja bombay mix from the international bit in the big tescos where all the noodles and that are...

15p for a packet of space raiders; that's cheap compared to a lot of crisps. but it doesn't seem right, that they're no longer 10p.

Just getting into pickled onion MM

but top is just salt & vinegar, with a pickled egg chucked in the bag.

Worcester sauce crisps are mighty fine

Best all time were tge "salt & vinegar nuts", blue bag, lovely zingy flavour and at end had a little packet of cocaine beating powder at the bottom of bag- down the lot in one go for a massive flavour explosion
