What do you call this as?

I came across this in a house and I am sure it’s TNS system. The earth seemed to be 10mm but could not figure out where it goes, I have checked, it certainly did not go into the CU. Don’t know what the hell the DIY’er did with it.

I just did a visual; did not dare to open it for now.

You could do a Zs from a socket.
I'd turn the power off and have a look in the cu to see if the main earth has managed to find its way in.

Don't assume all is well if the socket Zs is fine, you're probably relying on bonding conductors for that reading-fine until the water supplier changes to plastic in the street!

You need to eliminate parallel paths and identify an effective means of earthing (or not).

It's a good way to check if there is any earth present at all though, at least until further investigations can be made and/or remedial work carried out.
