Just read the instructions:

1: Pull out main fuse in box under stairs/in kitchen cupboard.
2: Stick brown & blue wires in with thick wires coming from main fuse, just before meter thing.
3: Put back main fuse.
4: Puff & relax a bit.
5: Plug in lights and switch on red switch, light up and switch off.
6: Wait for herbs to grow, watching intensely.
7: Eat some quavers.
8: Go to 4

i like the note at the bottom that says: - Contactor timer boards all in perfect working order as god as new and fully checked by an electrician .please let me know how many plug sockets you require as i have boards with 6/7/8 or 9 plugs on
 
how do you fiddle a electric meter, can you do it by pulling out main fuseand connecting there, my practical expierience is on shy side???can the supplier monitor you system to fine detail???
