hi everyone basically i amworking on a large house which has a three phase supply and 3 floors, the supply is in the celler and i want to install a separe consumer unit for each floor some one mentioned something about a splitter please can anyone give me some technical advise

Where would you fit these as if he fits a 3 phase DB then supplies each floor with a single phase he would need to be elastic man to be able to touch 2 phases as modernelectric suggests.

2 Way lighting perhaps a phase on each floor. I have been working on a property which is wired like that.

You would have thought they'd have a switch to flick on and off to engage an override. Not on each PIR but an actual light switch
