My go-to of choice:

Double pole, single module, no functional earth and no neutral flying lead!
17 RCBO's, surge protection, free tails gland kit, anyone want to hazard a guess as to cost price?
They only supply trade users.

£325?

That would be roughly the price of CP Fusebox board with 17x DP RCBOs, with SPD and tails kit.

With discount, £404.

Not a bad price when compared to most manufacturers and it'll be interesting to see how they progress in the market.

If some of these newcomers can prove their worth by continuing to turning out decent quality at a reasonable price, but maintaining backward compatability as technology progresses, there's no reason why they can't shake up the industry. I can't speak from experience, but it seems as though some big names aren't interested in the guy who fits their products or the consumer who finds parts aren't available when maintenance is required or upgrades are needed.

Fusebox seem to be grabbing a decent share of the domestic market and hopefully these guys can follow suit.

SBS have been around for a while, changed ownership a couple of years or so back when David retired.
Been mentioned on this forum for over 6 years.

My one concern about small scale production is its sustainability and the long term availability of replacement parts. Hopefully that wont be an issue.

As long as they don't put a permanent mark on the enclosure and units or they can be peeled off if they look similar, the mix and match police wont know if they fit well. ???
