I know Tony quite well, albeit never meeting in person we have both worked at the same place.

He he may seem a little grumpy,the phone conversations I've had with him are far from it, I've nearly cried laughing.

The mods not letting him access here is a real shame he knows just as much as me, and has being doing the job far longer.

I've also had lots of phone calls with Tony and can confirm that he seems like a bloody good bloke, fair enough he can be abrupt but so can several of us.
I think he would be a massive asset to the trainee section because it's without a doubt that he has got a vast knowledge base. He's probably forgotten more than I'll ever know, ok I'd probably leave him standing in a domestic or commercial setting but the theoretical knowledge he has is undeniable.
