What output should this transformer have

I have a 3phase transformer marked as primary 400v. 230v. 0v secondary is 220v 0v can anyone tell me if the secondary is ac or dc ? It is out of a commercial washing machine

It is likely to be AC, rectification (conversion to DC) will take place outside of the transformer. Can you show a picture?

The output of the secondary of any transformer is AC. What happens between the secondary winding and the output terminals is a different question. There may be nothing other than wire, in which case the output will be AC, there may be a single diode, in which case the output will be DC pulses with o volts between them, there may be a bridge of diodes, which will give a rough, unsmoothed DC output, or there may be other components included, which will give a smooth DC output.

A photo would be helpful. May turn out to be a SMPS in which case it would be DC but that's unlikely.
