What should I charge

I've just started up on my own and not sure what to charge for installation work. Any advice would be much appreciated. I'm based in South Wales. Just done my part p registration so looking to do domestic work. Thanks in advance for any responses

The easiest way to price for work on start for me was a day rate, what do you need to earn to cover your expenses and make a decent living???

You will also need to factor in other things like local market forces but I think a tradesman doing domestic work is worth £20-£25 pound an hour of any ones money

you do know that the big sheds look on here to see what trades are charging to set their tool/materials pricing and Agency worker based shop sold installation services, as well as agencies to see what they can get for sparks...
