Hi
I've just started up on my own and not sure what to charge for installation work. Any advice would be much appreciated. I'm based in South Wales. Just done my part p registration so looking to do domestic work. Thanks in advance for any responses

The easiest way to price for work on start for me was a day rate, what do you need to earn to cover your expenses and make a decent living???

You will also need to factor in other things like local market forces but I think a tradesman doing domestic work is worth ÂŁ20-ÂŁ25 pound an hour of any ones money

you do know that the big sheds look on here to see what trades are charging to set their tool/materials pricing and Agency worker based shop sold installation services, as well as agencies to see what they can get for sparks...
