What size are these tails

Looking at PIR on a TT system. Noticed that the neutral tail is made up multistrands. Should have taken a photo. Does anyone know what size these are?

Could be any size so without photos and more information it would be hard to say.

they look like 16mm or 25mm but the neutral is made up of individually insulated strands

You say its a TT, in that case it sounds like straight concentric. The neutral strands are bare and completely surround the live inner core, similar construction to swa.

Edit - Just noticed you said the individual strands are insulated, that would indicate split concentric which would normally be used for TNS or TNCS.

Very few instances where this type of cable would be used by contractors etc, it's mainly only the DNOs that make any use of this type of cable make-up...
