Lots of talk about spectating sport on here. But what do you actually play/participate in?

Share some info on the level you play at etc as well if you want.

Love the game of darts , used to play with some mates down the pub. Don't get time now so much but I do have a board up at home and try to have a 1/2 hour on the board most days. I find it quite relaxing and I love the simplicity of the game...

Got a dartboard too, and half a pool table at home at the moment.

Not one for team sports. Was always last picked at school…

Winter time, I ice skate. Just as exercise.

I'm not a fan off watching sport in general, much rather be participating.

Golf, off road motor biking (multiple disciplines), badminton, gym are my current activities

Used to play football & cross country running but me old knees can't hack it these days.

Shame work gets in the way, else I'd spend all my time doing some sort of sporting activity.

In my days . Rugby .HK 7's and Rosslyn park etc .School was famous for Rugby .County Swimming (backstroke) Then Cross country Mountain biking and climbing . Cycled twice across North Africa, Down most of the Nile where possible and around Iceland . Now.... I will still go up Snowdon and the Black Mountains given the chance !

Snooker. League level. Had 113 break. Played county level at pool but didn't enjoy it as much as snooker. Life is funny because now my eyesight has deteriorated I won't play snooker anymore especially after not looking at a cue for 15 years (life and stuff). So now I am about 3 months into a bit of a pool comeback lol. Doing ok at local level, Might commit a bit more time to it and have a real go for the new season which i think starts in August. Get's me and a few friends out the house which post covid/lockdowns and stuff became a thing of the past, so it is all in a good cause lol,

I used to cycle a couple of hundred miles a week, but never tried it in a river.

You pedal really fast , the tread on the tyres forms enough traction like a peddle steamer ! In Iceland I had to carry the bike through chest high waters , freezing. Some times if too dangerous , would wait for a big 4 x4 to come along and give me a ride. But that could mean hours wait .Iceland then was a lot quieter , Now its ruined by tourism
