Swimming, cycling, running, weights and core workouts. 5 times a week. Pulse of 55 and a few (small) muscles. Gave up kick boxing 1 year ago.

That was 2 months ago. Now I have a bad back and enjoy the occasional slow walk and 3 x 10 reps of lifting a pint of guiness. Funny thing is I seem to have more energy now I'm not working out, plus I get to drink beer so am happy :)

I've always been interest in doing that .... but ended up going in the opposite direction ... under water..
I'd love to try SCUBA diving - to be fair I have done it a couple of times but never done a PADI course or anything like that.

My parents used to dive in Saudi in the '80s, possibly kept diving into the early '90s.

A few of my mates go to Egypt, but I never got to go, as there is only me in the family who is into diving.
I dove near Menai Bridge but mainly at a quarry called Capernwray.
I don't do it anymore.

Diving in that area needs a LOT of Due Diligence .many of the companies are Pee poor when it comes to H&S .Last Time I dived was in Sabang (PH) .It was a nite Dive cert course and I had seen the state of the combined dive schools Emergency gear and instructors . Many allowing divers to go on the ---- at night time and be on the boat at 8am :-( Thats why i did nite dives as it avoided the issues of been with people half cut

My friends who go to Egypt drink at night and dive the next day.
One of the guys tells me that if he's going to throw up while diving, he uses his spare regulator to throw up into, then swap back his usual regulator... Also the fish love vomit..

I would refuse to dive with anyone who was on the lash. Ive seen dive instructors trawl clubs and if they catch you having had too many , You stay off their boat .Despite any payment etc etc

I'm not a fan off watching sport in general, much rather be participating.

Golf, off road motor biking (multiple disciplines), badminton, gym are my current activities

Used to play football & cross country running but me old knees can't hack it these days.

Shame work gets in the way, else I'd spend all my time doing some sort of sporting activity.
I'm the same...even though I am passionate about my sports (BJJ and rugby) I find watching them both very boring.

In my days . Rugby .HK 7's and Rosslyn park etc .School was famous for Rugby .County Swimming (backstroke) Then Cross country Mountain biking and climbing . Cycled twice across North Africa, Down most of the Nile where possible and around Iceland . Now.... I will still go up Snowdon and the Black Mountains given the chance !
Another rugby player! Love it.

3 of my cousins played rugby throughout school and into adulthood…. I didn’t, and only watch the internationals…

I think I like the shape of my ears as they are….
