Lol ok kl. I think my mind is now set. FLUKE 1653b I've sorted out in an evening what ive been looking at for a few weeks haha

Sens a pm, or call our forum sponsor, "test meter" thats his advert at the top of the page, he doesn't stock the flukes but he has said in the past that he can get them and at a good price! its worth the call
 
megger leads are not great neither but probably so you have to buy new ones the croc clips are flimsy i think weak to say the least
I have megger 1552
and i used fluke 1653b first time at college for 2391
both good meters but leads are not robust enough lol
they just want more cash

I heard the Kewtech croc clips are more robust on another thread but dont take ,my word for it
either the megger or the fluke is the one i would say a worthwhile investment
