What to do with this

Hi all I was doing some additions to the socket circuits on this install and came across this.

Tried to remove cover to test circuits and put in 30mA rcbo's but the cover will not come off the cupboard is smaller than the board.
I've put a 30mA rcd in the meter box inline in the tails but that really only stop gap measure as it not great as if it trips it's outside.
Don't know why the kitchen fitter thought this would be okay.
Would this be a code 2 as you can't get to the terminals for maintenance purposes???????

Yup sounds about right fell asleep on sofa woke up to update ....

I've ususally got my phone set to mute when its on charge ....
But then going to bed 2am -stiff from long nap on sofa ,is the fail point there
(mate bugging me about software too early (to think about it) this morning !)

What is it with kitchen fitters /chippys thinking its great to build something over a ccu or a cupboard so small you can't get to the earth and neutral terminals even if you can get the cover off.
Guess it's the manufacturer fault for making ccu's you have to get the lid off from lol
