Hi all been asked to post this from a lad from work, he's wondering weather or not to do the lv 3 2330, he's been in game for 10 years got his NVQ lv3, 16&17 edition and 2391 and jib card, what do you lot think? I said don't bother you have everything you need!

Cheers anth

usually the 2330 l3 is required for approved jib status and it should be held before being given the nvq3, as he has managed to get it without then he has no need..
the only problem i could see would be the jib could possibly refuse his status on a renewal (although i doubt this)
