What would you code this. ? and ill tell you as i did

This analagy may sound strange, but I explain to clients that a result in a PIR is like a a pregnancy test

It's either yes or no

Does it meet current standards?
Does it meet recent standards?

etc

its NOT tho baldy it is a condition report NOT a PASS/Fail as somethimng may not be to current standards but be a satisfactory result

I know it can meet recent standards, but not current standards and be a pass

My point is you have to draw the line somewere- if it met the 1st edition how many of us would still make it a satisfactory (it could be a true code 4, but it's all about interpretation)

I prefer to go by the OSG and the ESC guidance- not blindly like a lost sheep, but with a modicum of common sense.
It makes it easier for me to explain my side if I can point to a book / guide by the people that write the regs (higher powers :D) to back my argument up
