Neutral is linked solid, main switch should be 4 pole.

Sorry assuming it was given the double insulated tails and how rarely you would use a single phase linking kit in an industrial environment

Well, I've seen several linking kits on sub-main boards - MEM used to do one for their's

No problem with reversed polarity but a nice label suggesting that there is both harmonized and non-harmonized colours being used in the same enclosure would of benefit - 7 of 4
