Let me guess, the fire was started by a current transformer that went open circuit....

DNO supply cable burned up below the cable head , short circuit between the 3 phases , never took out the sub station protective device

install was only 2 months old

dont know but they installed a knew supply and cable head on the same day

Probably wanted to get the old one off-site sharpish before the fire marshal saw it.
