I’ll apologise, but basically this is an engineering based site. To convey information it has to be presented in an understandable format.
English is recognised in engineering world wide.

I'm sure I am not the only one who can read both of your quotes though, therefore who really cares how it is written, but more that it is understood and possibly helpful.
