I think the only answer we will get today now will be if they are going to allow the appeal or not. Really not enough time for the appeal now if its give approval.

Long day in court. Judges reserved decision to later date saying “rather optimistic” to think it could be by end of next week.

have i missed something , decc had until 4th december to lodge an appeal , which was granted and it was to be opened and heard on the same day 13/01/12 ie today
