Wondering which card readers you guys use for taking payment at the customers door etc.

I think some people/banks can take payments via mobile phone and whatnot now can't they? Using the phone number or something??

What sort of charges apply?

I have a payleven card reader. It's the chip and pin version you pay 45 quid or something for the card reader and then just a percentage of the transaction charge. Which isn't a lot from memory.

You connect your payleven account to your bank account and every week they pay the money into your bank minus the charges

I have never actually used it but it's there should I need it.

I did get an email saying there is a new contactless card reader to upgrade to. Let's be honest tho I didn't see the point tho as most of my transactions would be over the 30 quid limit so would have to use the chip and pin
