spoke with edf today and explained my findings and concerns to them.
i was told that they have never been to the address and their blokes certainly wouldnt do anything this dodgy
i asked if they would come out to look what has been done and they said no because i had a very good reading it doesnt matter

i then spoke to nic for advice who told me it wasnt my concern as its supply side not consumers
they also said that the reading would in theory make it tncs as i thought and to record it as such

surely there is a process whereby these situations can be reported properly, or should i just issue my cert and walk away from it
