I have met many electricians, some of who appear to be good and some of who clearly don't have a clue. My question is: Who is the best Electrician in the UK and how can this person hold this title?

Would probably be me but I'm in the emerald Isle....lol..
I did work with a guy about 15 years ago and I thought he was the best sparks I'd worked with. The guy could have been anything but unfortunately he was a raging alcoholic.

Spooky, I've known a good few sparks that also drink too much. Saying that we've just opened bottle of wine No 2; but the the mother in law is staying

The form number is not one I recognise, it may be a form from a commercial certificate producer
