Not an ideal place to live I agree, but at the time of me moving there from Bath, was one of necessity, for work reasons, mind you most people say the same about where the live, "the best road in London, is the road out North, South, East or West, as an example

Bath is nice, the road North from London takes you past Luton, I'd rather live in West London ;o)))))) even though I may move in the future to Devon/Dorset.
