Who to Aim Leaflets At??

Just picked up my leaflets and business cards this morning, gunna start posting on monday, obviously because i can do PAT Testing im gunna post in cafe's, hairdressers etc, but who else shall i aim the leaflets at bearing in mind the main part of the business is domestic work??

im in the same boat other, than posting to estate agents and just putting them through peoples doors ive come a bit stuck

If you lads have got pat test certs, why not go to the big offices in your area, or any office for that matter, they all have to legistate by the rules, no matter how big the organisation, and it does not matter about you being a domestic spark as long as you have your pat test cert.

it may be better to introduce yourself and hand deliver rather than have your card fall on the matt with the pizza flyers

More likely to go straight in the bin if it came through the door with a pizza flyer, if you go for offices etc it would be better sending a company letterheaded letter indicating what you do than a leaflet looks more professional.

Did my first round of posting today, went straight along my towns main road, prob about 50 leaflets, got 2 immediate PAT Testing jobs out of it, not bad

Have you tried the big supermarkets.Had a flyer stuck to my windscreen from RAC looking for new customers.Worth a try.

No not yet, got alot to do yet, just done the one main road, going in salons, cafe's, take aways etc, thats a good idea though, always after new idea's. Im in my 2 local ad mags next month which wasnt cheap but they get delivered too around 30,000 houses every month, got yellow pages coming round tomoz which again isnt cheap but it has to be done. Need to visit offices, factories and other towns too, long way to go yet but i reckon there is a light at the end of the tunnel

just out of interest, how do you go about getting a pat testing certificate ? and what sort of prices do you charge?
