who to ring

Hi all,

Who would i contact if i'm getting a ZE which is higher than values accepted?

ZE on tns 0.38

customer is with N Power but tried them earlier and they didn't know what i was talking about. wondered if there is a special number to call or anything

thats good for TNS. TNS is max 0,8, TNC-s is 0.35 max, and TT is approx 200ohms

ahh right! i thought it was 0.08! thanks guys.

still could do with contacting though, incoming earth is in a nasty choc block so was hoping they could replace this.
They have sent a letter to customer to say they want to come and upgrade meter so could do that at the same time.

Yes the thing is the meter fixers are usually just that---i.e. meter fixers -not Sparks...you will need to arrange for the DNO operatives to sort that one out.

ah right see what you mean. who do you ask for to get through to the DNO? Sorry to seem dumb! it's just i called N Power before and it felt i was talking to the wrong people
