Why has this forum become riddled with critical and sarcastic Trolls

Why can't people stick with supportive comments and ask for clarity if they are unsure about the post's meaning. Is it asking too much for them to stay in context with positive feedback instead of uninformed ridicule?

Cheers, nothing wrong with a bit of fun, that said the Mods removed it, and thats fine of course, it was close to the mark I suppose although it was meant in Jest.

I'm now trying to work out, what its was you recommended. Process of elimination. Was it cycling shorts?

For what it's worth, I think one reason that it's hard to reply to a poster on an Internet forum is you just don't know their backgroud/situation. I could ask a mate on site a relatively "simple" question, something I've forgotten or just don't know, he's happy to tell me the solution because he knows I'm not about to do anything stupid or dangerous, and yes I could go look it up, but being told is just as valid. I'm unlikely to ask those questions here because I know the likely response!! I'm sure there is also an element of one-up-manship in certain replies....!
That being said, it is always an enjoyable and often very informative read.

If anyone as an issue with the way they are being treated then simply hit the report button, staff will then check it out and deal with it if the report warrants it.
I'm going to close the thread guys because I can't see it accomplishing anything now.
